(Archived) Praxair Cryomag Services Signs Long Term Transfill Contract with Biomagnetics

DANBURY, Conn., November 6, 2003 — Praxair, Inc. (NYSE: PX) today announced that the Praxair Cryomag Services business has signed an agreement to supply cryogen and transfilling services to approximately 30 Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) sites serviced by Exton, Pennsylvania-based BioMagnetics LTD. The new contract will provide services in the New York City and Philadelphia regional areas and extends the current cryogen contract through 2008 with the addition of transfilling services.
