(Archived) Luxxon Technology Awards Bulk Specialty Gas Delivery System Contract To Praxair Chemax
DANBURY, CT, August 20, 2004 –– Praxair Chemax Semiconductor Materials Co. Ltd., a joint venture between Praxair, Inc. (NYSE:PX), and China Petrochemical Development Corp., has been awarded a contract by light emitting diodes (LED) manufacturer, Luxxon Technology Corp. The contract will be fulfilled by Praxair Electronics, a division of Praxair based in Orangeburg, NY. Luxxon will use Praxair’s bulk specialty gas delivery systems for the first time at its new LED fab, expected to open later this year.
