(Archived) Praxair Selected to Supply Samsung Electronics Expansion in Korea
DANBURY, Conn., January 24, 2005 — Praxair, Inc. (NYSE: PX) has been selected to supply multiple products to Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.'s expanding operations in Korea. Praxair will supply nitrogen, oxygen, argon, helium and silane to Samsung for its expanded semiconductor complex in Hwasung. Praxair will design, build and operate an air separation plant using its engineering organizations in Korea, China and the U.S. to meet Samsung's schedule requirements.
