DANBURY, Conn., October 26, 2011 — The board of directors of Praxair, Inc. (NYSE: PX) has declared a quarterly dividend of 50 cents per share, unchanged from the previous quarter. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2011 to common shareholders of record on December 7, 2011.
