(NYSE: PX) has priced $400 million of 2.650% notes due February 5, 2025, $200 million of 3.55% notes due November 7, 2042 and $150 million of floating rate notes due February 3, 2017. The notes are being offered under its shelf registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The offering is led by Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, J.P. The offering is expected to close on February 5, 2015. The company anticipates using the proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of outstanding indebtedness.
